Service Description
Welcome to Lift & Switch, our new, highly effective, resistance workout that's sure to be a favourite in everyone's week. This workout is structured into two distinct phases, making it optimal for enhancing functional strength, muscle conditioning, bone density, and endurance. The first phase features seven stations of compound foundational movements. At each station, you will complete three sets, working for 55 seconds followed by a 25-second rest, emphasizing form and progressive overload. After completing all seven stations in phase one, we transition to phase two, where you perform two sets of 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest at the same stations, using entirely new exercises. This accessory phase is designed to target movements that enhance muscle definition and improve muscle tone.
